i found the room spacious (a beautiful double lake view). soft furnishings made it comfortable. the overall feel was very relaxing.
i encountered some service delays in the heights lounge. also, i had to ask three times for some chips to be delivered.

I had lunch at the Heights Lounge. The location provides great views overlooking the lakes. The server named Maura made lunch more enjoyable with awesome service and a friendly personality.
The bedroom doors were marked. The breakfast on the first morning was cold, and poached eggs were hard (like rocks!).

The views of the Killarney lakes were gorgeous (a real highlight!). I enjoyed a top-class massage by Anna. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were fabulous.
I thought the rooms were basic. My latte arrived cold. Instead of a king bed, there were two single beds pushed together (not ideal). I also heard noises from the sink and toilet throughout the night.

the staff were nice. their attention to detail stood out, and the restaurant service was amazing. the maître d' looked after our dinner service. he was professional, and his attention to detail surpassed other hotels i've stayed in. our upgraded room was spacious and comfortable. a friendly porter brought our suitcases to our room.

I ate in the lake restaurant and the bar restaurant. Service, presentation, and food were all of a high standard. the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and good options, though it could have been warmer. the restaurant food was excellent!

friendly staff super clean pool fine view
the hotel staff were very friendly and cute at all times. the room was spacious and clean. the hotel boasts a well designed leisure center with a super clean pool, i noticed. i appreciated the fine views of the lakes from multiple vantage points.
i observed some minor wear on carpets in hallways near the room doors.

my room included several amenities such as a rainfall shower and separate sinks, i found. the room was well maintained and provided comfort. ample space permitted relaxation and easy movement within the room.

fine view varied menu helpful staff
I stayed in the beautiful double lake view room. the view of the killarney national park from the balcony was fine. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The a la carte menu was varied and delicious. the staff provided a helpful check-in.
i found the lounge decor to be a bit confusing! though the service was generally good.

The room was clean. The coffee machine in the suite worked well.
The doors in the bedroom were marked. Breakfast on the first morning included cold food, and the poached eggs were hard. The barman banged the counter repeatedly while making cocktails. The beer was warm and flat.
