Reviews and Ratings
Our recent stay at Aghadoe Heights was memorable, with stunning mountain views and an excellent spa experience. However, while the room was fantastic and the breakfast exceptional, the overall atmosphere felt a bit lacking, which was a slight disappointment. Also, we found the booking system for the spa somewhat inconvenient for a 5-star hotel.
I recently stayed at Aghadoe Heights and had a mixed experience. The service was outstanding, and the breakfast was a highlight, but the room left a lot to be desired, and there were some frustrating issues with dining. The location offers lovely views but needs some improvements in upkeep and consistency.
My stay at the hotel was quite the mixed bag. On one hand, I enjoyed the stunning views and had some truly exceptional experiences with the staff, particularly in the dining area. However, I was let down by the lack of luxurious elements that I expected from a five-star resort, especially in the spa and communal areas. Overall, it's a decent place to visit, but it may not deliver the luxury experience one would hope for.
Staying at Aghadoe Heights was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, offering stunning views of the Killarney mountains and lakes. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel pampered and well cared for throughout our visit. The dining experience was exceptional with made-to-order hot breakfast items and delicious evening meals. On a minor note, while everything was fantastic, we did have a slight delay at check-in, but it was quickly resolved and did not detract from our overall experience.
